Vogue Special Design S-4990; ca. 1949; One-Piece Dress. Very full gathered skirt with tucked panels alternating with plain panels front and back. Skirt joins bodice at waist-line. Bias band finishes neck-line and ties in back. Cap sleeves with narrow bias cuffs.
