Vogue Special Design S-4133; ca. 1939; One-Piece Frock. Frock features scallops along the lower edge of the blouse at front and back. Front blouse fullness is achieved by gathers at the shoulders and released dart pleats above the scallops. Flared four-piece bias skirt joins the blouse on a high waist-line. Novelty belt or contrasting bias girdle. Long darted-top sleeve or short scalloped sleeve.
