Vogue Special Design S-4098; ca. 1938; One-Piece Frock. Frock features a square-cut neck-line in front and a high or low shaped neck-line in back. Ribbon lacing at centre-front of blouse is optional. The skirt, with much flare at back, joins the blouse on a slightly shaped waist-line. The leg-o'-mutton sleeves may be worn long or short.
