Vogue S-4096; ca. 1938; One Piece Frock. Frock has released diagonal tucks at center front of blouse and at underarms above waist. Neckline may be collarless or have a straight band collar. Back buttons front neck to waistline and the three piece skirt, with slight flare at front, joins blouse under buckled or tie bet. Long or short tucked top sleeves.
