Vogue Special Design S-4075; ca. 1938; One-Piece Frock. Blouse front buttons blow slightly built-up neck-line. Tuck at each shoulder is finished with tailored arrowhead. Released inside tucks flank neck-line. Long or short fitted sleeves. Three-piece skirt has pleat at centre-back, and is joined to blouse by mid-section. Tiny inset pocket at left blouse front is optional.
