Vogue S-3990; ca. 1937; One-Piece Evening Frock. Four-piece skirt has straight hanging gathered fulness (sic) at front and back. Shirred middle section joins bodice and skirt, belts covering the joinings. Halter front is held by looped band at neck in back.
