Vogue 9216; 1970s; Misses' Dress or Top and Pants. Very loose-fitting, pull-over below mid-kne or ankle length dress or tunic length top has standing wing collar, front and back slightly gathered to yoke, front inset band, full length kimono sleeves with elasticized wrists or above elbow length sleeves. Soutache, ribbon or lace trim and topstitching. With or without pockets in side seams. Wide straight-legged pants, darted into inside grosgrain or non-roll elastic waistband, have pockets in side seams and back zipper closing. With or without purchased belt holding in fullness at waistline. Purchased scarf.
