Very Easy Vogue 9062; ca. 1980s; Dress and Tabard. Loose fitting, straight dress, lower calf length has shoulder pads, side pockets, back zipper and long sleeves. Single layer separate collar has narrow hem. Loose fitting tabard, above hip or below mid knee length has mock bands, tab and "D" ring closing and cap sleeves.
