Very Easy Vogue 8990; ca. 1974; Misses' Dress. Loose-fitting, slightly flared dress, in mid-knee or evening length, has set-in bias cowl neckline, pockets in side seams, and back zipper closing. Sleeveless or with full length sleeves set into extended shoulders and gathered into buttoned band cuffs. With or without self-tie belt holding in fullness at waistline.
