Vogue 8915; ca. 1974; Misses' Swimsuit, Top and Skirt. Note: Because of fabric and construction, machine zigzag stitching is necessary for swimsuit. A-line, gathered skirt in evening length or ankle length, with wide self ruffle, has side zipper closing and waistband. Bikini swimsuit (for tow-way Stretchable Knits Only) has halter top gathered into narrow (back hook and eye closing) band; self drawstring at upper edge of bra ties at back. Briefs, lined-to-edge, have elasticized edges.
