Vogue #8914; ca. 1974; Misses' Top and Skirt. Close-fitting top has deep V-neckline, cape-like over bodice gathered at front into midriff band extending into ties and button and loop closing at back neckline. Slightly flared skirt in ankle length, darted into inside ribbon or no-roll elastic waistband, has slightly flared ruffle at hemline and side zipper closing.
