Vogue 7953; ca. 1938; ONE-PIECE FROCK. Frock is one-piece from shoulder to hem at back, and skirt extends above waist-line at front to join gathered surplice blouse section. Gathers at shoulders and on short sleeves. Long fitted sleeves are also included.
