Vogue 7944; ca. 1938; One-Piece Frock and Bolero "Easy-To-Make". Frock may be about ankle length or shorter. Cut out version of blouse back is optional. Has built-up neck-line and short sleeves. Four-piece slightly flared skirt joins bodice in high built-up line. Collarless bolero has bracelet length or short sleeves.
