Vogue 7896; ca. 1938; One-Piece Dress. Shaped inset front in blouse which has slightly built-up neck. Sash ends join at side seams, wrap about the waist and tie at center front. Blouse closes at back of neck with (zipper) or may be left open below a single button. Sleeves are long and fitted or below the-elbow length, gathered to shaped cuff bands. Skirt is regulation length or longer, has slightly flared back panels and joins blouse at waist line.
