Vogue 7430; ca. 1936; Two-Piece Tunic Frock "Easy-To-Make". Front buttons high to the throat where a novelty scarf may be tucked inside the small bias collar. Long or short sleeves are gathered at top. Darts fit short sleeves to arm. Slightly flared peplum joins blouse under novelty belt. New flap pockets. Optional slash effect at side seams of two-piece skirt.
