Vogue 7366; ca. 1936; Hat and Cape "Easy to Make". Cape achieves a broad effect by means of pleated epaulet shoulders. The small upstanding collar is in one with the front. One welt pocket at right side. The bias hat may be solidly stitched or flower trimmed.
