Vogue 5645 (1960s) One-piece dress. Skirt with side front pockets joins bodice at waistline. Buttoned back closing below oval neckline. Top stitching detail continues down skirt. Above elbow length sleeves and sleeveless. Bow tied belt or novelty belt.
