Vogue 5451; ca. 1963; "Easy to Make" Maternity Blouse and Scarf-Collar. Loose fitting overblouse has oval neckline with detachable bias roll collar or attached collar with looped ends. Released pleat either side of center=back. Optional patch pockets. Below elbow length sleeves and sleeveless.
