Vogue Pattern 4249 Vintage 60s Deluxe Suit - Jacket, Blouse, Skirt. This includes; Easy fitting jacket with flap pockets buttons below away-from-neck-line, notched collar. Below elbow length sleeves and sleeveless. Sleeveless overblouse has buttoned back closing below scooped neck-line. Straight skirt.
Still featured in Vogue Pattern Book April/May 1963, but number range puts this around 1961
