Vogue 3890; ca. 1937; British Vogue - Two-Piece Frock. Short fitted blouse has shaped extensions overlapping full-top long or short sleeves at front and back of armholes, and fastens at front with loops and buttons. Shaped collar and cuffs are detachable. Peplum ripples at back. Four-piece skirt has inset godet at center front and is finished with a narrow fabric belt. Seam at top of sleeve releases in pleat.
