Vogue 3171; ca. 1947; ONE-PIECE DRESS. Four-piece circular skirt with double tier front peplum joins the bodice at waist-line. Bodice buttons below deep pointed collar. Long sleeves gathered to French cuff fastened with single link or ¾-length sleeves gathered to band cuff.
