Slightly flared skirt, mid-calf length has front-buttoned waistband and side pockets. Slightly flared petticoat, lower mid-calf length has side-buttoned waistband, side pocket, side pocket opening, hemline tucks and self or purchased hemline ruffle. Purchased belt or sash.
