Vogue's Basic Design 2913; ca. 1973; Misses' Top, Skirts and Pants. Loose-fitting top has front gathered into one-piece yoke, inset front-buttoned band with notched collar, short sleeves or full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs, and side zipper closing. With or without purchased belt holding in fullness at waistline. Mid-knee length gored flared skirt without side seams, and pleated skirt stitched to hipline, in mid-knee or evening length, have waistbands. Wide, straight-legged pants, without side seams, are darted into waistband.
