Dress, three inches (7.5cm) below mid-knee or evening length, has detachable contrast collar and cuffs with ruffle, front bodice tucked into yokes, front button and pleat (one way) closing, gathered, flared skirt and full length sleeves gathered at cap. Top-stitching. Purchased ribbon and belt.
