Vogue Paris Original 2870; ca. 1973; Lanvin - Misses' Top and Pants. Slightly draped self lined halter top, gathered into wide shaped midriff band, has deep front neckline and back button closing. Evening length pants with no side seams are gathered into buttoned waistband. Solid or bicolor.
