Vogue American Designer 2764; ca. 1980s; Bill Blass - Misses' and Misses' Petite Jacket, Blouse, Skirt and Pants. Semi fitted, lined, front-lapped jacket has shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams), welt pockets and full-length two-piece sleeves with buttoned vent. Loose-fitting blouse has two-piece upper collar, pointed under collar, front buttoned band, back gathered at neckline, full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs, contrast collars, band and cuffs. Topstitching. Purchased ribbon bow. Straight, lined skirt, three inches (7.5cm) below mid-knee length has side zipper and back hemline vent. Slightly tapered lined pants have front pleated and back gathered into front buttoned waistband, belt carriers, mock fly zipper and side seam pockets.
