Vogue's Basic Design 2555; ca. 1971; Misses' Dress, Tunic & Pants. Dress in mid-knee, two inches below knee, ankle length, or tunic, has fitted bodice with square or oval neckline, gathered A-line skirt, and back button belt. Sleeveless, short sleeves, or full length sleeves with gathered cap gathered into buttoned cuff. Top-stitch trim. Straight-legged pants are darted into foldover facing.

Featured in Vogue Patterns Collection February 1972 and in 1974 1001 Sewing and Needlecraft ideas.
