A-line cape in midi or evening length has armhole opening in side front seams, self or contrast bias ruffle and standing collar with fringed tie ends. Front buttoned oval neckline dress in midi or evening length has fitted bodice, back zipper, A-line gathered skirt with pockets in side front seams and wrist length sleeves. Self or contrast bias ruffle with front pleat is gathered in to slightly above waistline seam.
