Vogue American Designer 2492; ©1990; Albert Nipon - Misses' Dress. Lined dress, mid-knee, has bias shoulder straps, close-fitting, slightly dropped waist, contrast bodice, tapered skirt, front pleated overlay, concealed slit and back zipper. No Provision for Below Waist Adjustment. Loose-fitting top has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, contrast bow and knot, back button/loop closing and above elbow or long sleeves. Purchased flower.
