Vogue Career 2490; ©1990; Tamotsu - Misses' Top & Skirt. Loose-fitting, top A has shoulder pads and long sleeves. Very loose-fitting, double-breasted top B has shoulder pads, front pleats, lower band and cap sleeves. Slightly flared skirt, above ankle, has waistband, front pleats, side front pockets and back zipper.
