Dress, very loose-fitting, blouson bodice and straight skirt, 3" below mini-knee or evening length has shoulder pads, bias neckline ruffle, neckband, bias scarf, side front snapped closing, bodice and skirt gathered into waistline seams, front and back pin tucks, and pockets in side seams. Full length sleeves have buttoned bent. Pleated lined belt.
