Vogue's Basic Design2402; ©1989; Misses' Dress, Tunic & Skirt. Very loose fitting, slightly tapered dress, below mid-knee or evening length, or tunic has neckbinding with button/loop, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, back neckline pleats, side pockets, back zipper and long sleeves. B: back slit. A, B: front neckline pleats. A, D: double layered scarf. C, D, E: front pleats overlay (wrong side may show) and concealed slit. Narrow hem. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has elastic waist and back hemline slit
