Vogue Paris Original 2246; ca. 1969; Jean Patou - Misses' Dress. Semi-fitted A-line sleeveless dress without side seams. Bias collar has extended shoulder yoke and center front banding with snap closing. Patch pockets have button and top stitch trim. Self contour belt.
