Vogue Designer Original 2168; ca. 1979; Gianni Versace - Misses' Jacket, Pants and Blouse. Semi-fitted, unlined jacket, below-hip length has shoulder pads, notched collar, front-buttoned closing, side back seams (no side seams), upper welt pocket and lower buttoned patch pockets, full-length two piece sleeves with buttoned vent at lower edge and narrow hem. Topstitching and edgestitching. Slim, tapered pants, ankle length, have front pleated into waistband, fly front zipper closing, self belt carriers, side-front buttonhole pockets with zipper closing, pockets in side seams, back shaped welt pocket and narrow hem. Purchased belt. Topstitching and edgestitching. Very loose-fitting, front-wrapped blouse (no buttons) has front and back band which forms shawl collar, two inches below elbow length kimono sleeves and narrow hem. (NOTE: Blouse cut on cross-wise grain of fabric, may not be suitable for some one-way designs.) Topstitching and edgestitching.
