Vogue American Designer 2125; ca. 1979 (could be 1980); Albert Nipon - Misses' Dress and Belt. Very loose-fitting, pullover dress, mid-calf or evening length has bodice with blouson and circular skirt, with front, back and sleeves gathered into narrow neckband with attached tie ends, oval neckline and center front neckline slit, elasticized waistline, pockets in side seams, hemline ruffle and narrow hem. Above-elbow length raglan sleeves with ruffle at lower edge or full-length sleeves elasticized at lower edge. Edgestitching. May be worn with narrow self-tie belt.
