Vogue Designer Original 2114; ca. 1979; Belinda Bellville - Half Size Dress. Very loose-fitting and slightly flared pullover dress 5 inches below mid-knee or evening length. Has round neckline, center front neckline slit, narrow neck band with extending tie ends, drawstring shoulders (pulled to desired shoulder width), partially elasticized self drawstring at waistline forming blouson, center front inverted pleat in skirt. Pockets in side seams and narrow hem.
