Vogue Paris Original 2087; ca. 1969; Christian Dior - Misses' One-Piece Dress. High-waisted slightly A-line gathered dress in floor and street length, has fitted bodice with inset banding; button and buttonhole trim. Scoop neckline and full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book February/March 1969
