Vogue American Designer 2041; ca. 1979; Edith Head - Misses' Jacket, Top, Skirt and Pants. Very loose-fitting, below hip-length, reversible (contrast) jacket has shawl collar, center front opening (no buttons), extended shoulders and full, full-length sleeves with turn-back cuffs set into deep armholes. Loose-fitting, bias, pullover, sleeveless top has deep V neckline, extended shoulders and narrow self bias binding at neckline and armholes. Mid-calf or evening length, straight skirt or slim, tapered bias pants with front and back gathered into waistband have back zipper closing and pockets in side seams. Evening length skirt has center back hemline slit.
