Very loose-fitting, pullover, blouson dress, six inches (15cm) below mid-knee or evening length, with front slightly gathered into shoulder inset bands. Has round neckline, center front neckline slit, front and back gathered at neckline, elasticized high hipline; bias neckline and hemline ruffles. Above-elbow length or full-length sleeves are gathered at cap and into elasticized sleeve band with bias ruffle cuff. Bias self belt. Purchased cording and tassels for neckline the ends.
