Loose-fitting, pullover dress, four inches below mid-knee or evening length, with front and back tucked into narrow bias neck binding, has scooped neckline, front button and loop closing, center front neckline slit and pockets in side seams. Above-elbow length sleeves are gathered into buttoned sleeve bands. May be worn with or without purchased belt holding in fullness at waistline.
