Vogue Paris Original 1817; ca. 1967; Lanvin - One-Piece Dress. Semi-fitted, step-in dress with front pleat, has fly-front closing. Jewel neckline and seven-eighths length sleeves with flange front and back. Top-stitch trim. Version A has shirttail hemline. Version B has regular hemline.
