Simplicity 1768; ca. 1978; Misses' Blouse, Skirt & Culottes. Loose-fitting blouse has deep V-neckline and front buttoned closing. Views A and B: single layer neckline ruffle and full, full-length sleeves elasticized at wrist forming self ruffle at lower edge. Views C and D: shaped draped collar with single layer ruffle and same sleeve as A and B. View E: bias turnover collar extending into tie ends and full, full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Very full skirt and culottes with front and back gathered into waistband have side seams, pockets and back zipper closing. Skirts A and C are ankle length. Skirts B and D, evening length, have hemline ruffle. Culottes E are evening length. Purchased belts.
