No Provision for Above Waist Adjustment. Straight-legged, cuffed pants have wide, shaped waistband, front pleats, slanted pockets and mock fly zipper. Semi-fitted blouse has neckband, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, forward shoulder seams, mock front band, pockets and long sleeves with placket and button cuffs.
