Vogue's Basic Dress 1743; ca. 1967; "Easy to Make" One Piece Basic Dress. Semi-fitted, straight empire dress with jewel neckline, wide neckline or contrast bias roll collar, with or without bow has several sleeve variations; sleeveless, short sleeves, bias puffed short sleeves with elastic casing, full-length sleeves with contrast bias turn-over cuffs or three-quarter length belled sleeves with slit and button trim.
