Soft elbow length or full –length raglan sleeves add dramatic effect with a partially elasticized drawstring forming another beautiful self ruffle at the lower edge. The skirt can be made four inches below mid-knee or ankle length with the front and back gathered into front and back yokes with a partially elasticized drawstring waistline.
