Little Vogue 1564; ca. 1976; Children's Dress. Loose-fitting, above mid-calf or evening length dress, with contrast patchwork and applique front bodice and contrast back bodice, has front and back square neckline, back zipper closing and pockets in side seams. Skirt, with contrast patchwork and applique borders, is gathered to high-waisted bodice. Contrast tie ends tie at back and hold in slight fullness. Wide seven-eighths length kimono sleeves, with contrast patchwork borders, are gathered at cap and set high on shoulders. Appliques are applied by hand or machine zigzag stitching. Note: Pattern contains two sets of non-reusable heat set transfers for appliques.
