Vogue American Designer 1281; ca. 1980s; Blassport, Ltd. - Misses' Jacket and Skirt. Loose-fitting, lined, below waist jacket has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams) and full length, two-piece sleeves with mock vent and button trim. Straight, front wrap skirt, 2" (5cm) below mid-knee, has waistband and side pockets. Narrow hem. Note: two construction methods given for synthetic suedes and leathers and regular fabrics.
