Vogue Paris Original 1271; ©1954; Patou - One-Piece Dress and Coat. Slim skirt with pockets in side seams joins the bodice at waist-line. Collarless neck-line has soft released tucks on one side above buttoned tabs. Three-quarter length kimono sleeves with gussets are seamed at top of arm above single button closing. Straight collarless coat is finished with extension band. Three quarter length epaulette sleeves.
