Vogue American Designer 1229; ca. 1983; Adri - Misses' Top and Skirt. Very loose-fitting, pullover top, with or without detachable contrast collar and cuffs, has standing collar, shoulder pads, asymmetrical closing, lower band buttoned at sides with slits and full length, two-piece sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Flared, pleated skirt, lower calf, has waistband, side pocket and side pocket opening. Narrow hem. Top can be worn at upper hip or bloused at waistline. Purchased belt.
