Vogue American Designer 1228; ca. 1975; Jerry Silverman - Misses' Evening Dress. Above mid-calf or evening length halter dress has bias straps, criss-crossed at back, wrapped around fitted bodice, and tied at side front, flared skirt, back zipper closing.
